1. Conclusion of Contract By making a booking, a binding rental agreement is concluded between the guest and the private hosts Martin and Anne Schröferl. The prices, payment terms and cancellation conditions stated at the time of booking apply. 2. Use of the Apartment The apartment may only be used for residential purposes and solely by the number of guests stated in the booking. Subletting, commercial use, parties or events are not permitted. 3. Duty of Care Guests are required to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Any damage occurring during the stay must be reported to the hosts immediately. 4. Liability for Damages Guests are liable for any damage caused by themselves, accompanying persons or visitors to the apartment, its furnishings or shared facilities. This also applies to consequential damage (e.g. water damage, damage to furniture or appliances). The hosts reserve the right to charge the guest for any damage incurred. 5. Liability of the Hosts The hosts are not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Liability exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence. 6. House Rules The applicable house rules form part of this agreement and must be observed. In the event of serious violations, the hosts reserve the right to terminate the stay early. In such cases, no refund will be granted. 7. Arrival and Departure Check-in and check-out times are as stated in the booking confirmation. Any deviations require prior agreement. 8. Final Provisions Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
