TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Conclusion of Contract By booking a holiday apartment, a binding rental agreement is concluded between the guest and the private hosts Martin and Anne Schröferl. The prices, payment terms and cancellation conditions stated at the time of booking shall apply.

2. Use of the Holiday Apartment The holiday apartment may be used exclusively for residential purposes and only by the number of persons stated in the booking. Subletting, commercial use, as well as events or parties are not permitted.

3. Guest’s Duty of Care The guest undertakes to treat the holiday apartment and its furnishings with care. Any damage occurring during the stay must be reported to the hosts immediately.

4. Liability for Damages The guest is liable for all damage caused by the guest, accompanying persons or visitors to the holiday apartment, its furnishings or communal facilities. This also applies to consequential damages (e.g. water damage, damage to furniture or technical equipment). The hosts are entitled to charge the guest for the damage incurred.

5. Liability of the Hosts The hosts are not liable for loss, theft or damage to items brought in by the guest. Liability exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

6. House Rules The applicable house rules form an integral part of this contract and must be complied with by the guest. In the event of serious violations, the hosts reserve the right to terminate the stay prematurely. In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund.

7. Arrival and Departure Check-in and check-out take place at the times specified in the booking confirmation. Deviations are only possible by prior agreement.

8. Final Provisions Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law shall apply.
